The Sign of Jonah was mentioned in four scriptures and I perceive that The LORD JESUS had more than HIS resurrection in mind when HE said this. I believe that the Body of CHRIST has in the last few years began a dangerous journey and has progressed in it, a journey that has made us mark the presence of GOD with having things. We have substituted the acts of GOD for a wisdom that says “It is okay to flee to Tarshish” (Jonah 1:3).
Tarshish in Bible days was the center of World’s Trade. It’s a motivational Gospel that says that the prosperity of the Saints lie in their massive participation in the world market place, which has resulted in heavy indebtedness, as many invested in the so called wealth transfer set-ups and have had their life long investments swallowed up by the storm called “The Economic melt down!”..
I personally believe that what The LORD has made me understand is that, there is more to come as far as these storms are concerned and that we need redirection if eventually we are not going to be thrown overboard i.e. Lose relevance in the world; a truth that we as A Church have not come to accept. Our relevance is in Doing The Master’s will and Finishing it, and not doubt, HE is not One to be served in vain.
The Body of CHRIST seems to be out of sync with GOD, as the season of plenty (Genesis 41:29) via the prophetic dimension was to Span the years 200-2007, while the season of Scarcity(Genesis 41:30) would be the next seven years, yet as you may agree, 10 years ago, we were preaching a different message. Our being in sync with GOD is of Great importance.
I perceive that the Church is about to experience her three day period in the belly of the fish(Be swallowed up by the world, lose relevance, be grossly infiltrated), or already experiencing it and must needs begin to pray Jonah’s prayer (Jonah 2:1-9), that we may come out into our place (Jonah 2:10). I certainly believe that there is a coming resurrection, yet ...except a grain of corn fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit...... John 12:24.

BREAKING THE POWER OF SIN!
Brethren,
I bless the LORD that you are still here, 2010, and the first month is about to round up. So many happenings and you can be sure that there is so much more to come; the Haitian earthquake, the trial of the Nigeria-born terrorist, the travails of the Nigerian President, the ripples of the Venezuelan elections, the ongoing African Cup Of Nations et al........
Through all this, we must hold on to all that The LORD has said concerning us as the years proceeds. The LORD has been speaking to me on the Subject of “Breaking free from the power of Sin”. This is so important to HIM because as long as the subject of Sin is not dealt with, we will always have the promises, but never get the manifestation of what The LORD has promised us... It is GOD’s passion that our daily experiences are in line with what HE has spoken, yet we must not only come to terms with the phenomenon of sin, much more we must daily Impose the victory of the cross so that we become true possessors of our SPOKEN Inheritance.
Watch this, most Christians live their day in misery because we feel that walking in our inheritance is based on our doing right or not, not at all. We must understand that there is no human effort in our bid to obtain The Righteousness of CHRIST, save to receive It. ”much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness...” Romans 5:17. The Word says Righteousness is a gift and the way to get it is not to act it but receive it, therefore at the point when you accepted CHRIST, righteousness was imputed into you. The fact that you blunder sometimes does not negate the fact that you are Righteous; therefore you must learn to come BOLDLY. Do not let the enemy rob you of your Inheritance in GOD, rob you of your relationship with GOD or bring you under the bondage of Guilt. You Are the Righteousness of GOD in CHRIST JESUS.
Your first key to breaking free from the life of Sin and guilt and thus living in the fullness of GOD’s Spoken word, is to the internalise the truth that you are not under the power of sin... “Being Born Again says that we have no old nature....” Bishop Eddie L. Long. Sin is missing the Mark; falling Short of GOD’s Glory, BUT, via the imputed Righteousness of CHRIST JESUS, we have been placed on the mark... WE have been brought into the Holies of Holies, into the very Presence of GOD, snatched from the consequences of Adam’s Sin...... BUT, we must daily make a choice not to gratify the desires of the flesh, through the help of The HOLY GHOST and a life of discipline. This Is Holiness; choosing not to eat of the fruit of the “tree of the knowledge of good and evil...” Genesis 3:6.
Choose to be who has called you to be; Holy, Pure, Godly. Trust the HOLY GHOST to help you live a life that truly pleases GOD, and your season will come to fully experience the manifestation of GOD’s word, Your word..

IN THIS WILDERNESS!
Dear Brethren,
As I journeyed to work this morning The LORD began to speak to me on the subject that I am to discuss in a few words. My prayer is that beyond all that my mind and Spirit was able to understand, The LORD will cause you to understand, and apply, for the fulfilment of The Great work that HE has began in you.
Let me begin by making you understand that The LORD does not play with words, if HE called it a wilderness; it is because HE fully understands where you are. Be sure also that you are not alone In This Wilderness, though the locations of our wilderness may differ, if you have in view a place in Destiny, I mean a place in GOD’s grand plan, and still await being brought into the fullness of what GOD said, then, THIS IS FOR YOU.
The wilderness, as HE spoke to me, speaks of a transition zone between The Promise and the Vision on one side and The Fulfilment of The Promise i.e. Vision actualisation, on the other side.
To Joseph it was Egypt, as he “Served in the home of his Egyptian master”...Genesis 39:2; To David it was “Out in the fields, watching sheep”...1 Samuel 16:11; For The LORD JESUS CHRIST, it was 33 years of HIS earthly walk... A season of not only loneliness, but also being alone. A time when it looks as though life opted to pay you back for crimes committed. A time when it appears as though your best could just not meet up. A time when all that could be held onto is what GOD had said, A time when debilitating circumstances bring out weaknesses, yet in a time a time of preparation, a season of purification.... The LORD reminded me that all of Jesse’s sons had to be purified before they were to pass before Samuel the prophet ... 1 Samuel 16:5, but in David’s case, he did not have to go through the process of purification, as this was already perfected in His wilderness..... 1 Samuel 16:12. “The Wilderness Is The Surest Way To The Throne!”
Know this: as you go journey In This Wilderness, that GOD still loves you, yet will not allow a clash of HIS Love and Purpose for you.... HIS promise to you is “Lo I Am With You Alway... Matthew 28:20” even In This Wilderness. Whatever wilderness it is that you currently go through, walk with HIM, and you will come through with HIM. Be sure, YOUR PROMISED LAND IS A REALITY! You Will Get through This, Be Encouraged. Even In This Wilderness, live the future, unleash your abilities, seek The LORD, serve The LORD, Maintain contact with The Promise and The Vision..... You Will Get There!

WELCOME TO 2010!
Brethren,
Welcome to The Year 2010, “Our Year of Distinction and Full Expression”... It’s gladdening that you and I made it, which not only shows the faithfulness of Our GOD, but also emphasises the truth that we still have no accomplished all that we were designed to accomplish.... So much has been done yet there is still much land to conquer!
Amidst numerous declarations of GOD’s caption for the year, from many tested voices, comes a present truth that This Year 2010 will be the best yet lived for some and would turn out the worst yet lived for other.... Most of the things that we prophesied in Our earlier pronouncement on “2010 in Prophecy” have already began to take place and there is still more to come.... It should intrest you to know that in this year patterns will chance "A discussion for a later date".. But to really make the best of our lives in GOD, we must be willing to switch, when HE calls for it...
I value prophecy, but we must needs be instructed that the prophetic dimension reveals not only GOD’s original intent but also Man’s responsibility, hence as we all go into celebration mood as a result of all that GOD has declared, let us also be careful to do all that the fulfilment demands of us that we are not slothful as regards our Relationship and Service “In” GOD and also Our fellow men....
This Year could just be the lifeline that you have always prayed for, may we not miss out of what GOD is doing this year.. May we not end up as spectators, but as not only partakers, but participators in GOD’s original intent for The Year 2010...
